Uniform Change

Effective January 2010, there are two changes to the Fraser Academy school uniform for all students: pants are changing from khaki to grey flannel, and we are adding an optional navy blazer with a small school crest. All other components remain the same. Please note that for the remainder of this 2009-10 school year, students may wear either grey or khaki pants.

This change is the result of a consultative process with parents (through the PVG), who told us that they wanted to keep using our current uniform supplier, Top Ten, but preferred a more formal look for students. The students themselves to us that they preferred darker pants, while girls also wanted pants that fit well.

The new uniform will be mandatory beginning September 2010. The pants and optional blazer must be purchased at Top Ten. As Top Ten currently does not stock girls' pants, they may be altered for a better fit (please note that Top Ten only does hemming).
